We had a family suite for 4 people which was very spacious and had a good size kitchen. Room was clean and well maintained. The breakfast was always good and the location was perfect. It was a 2 min walk to the beach and lots of bars and restaurants near by with good food choices.

I didn’t even make it out of my car and the hotel staff was already assisting me in taking out my luggage from the car. The moment we walked in we were greeted with smiles and extremely friendly staff. The hotel is stunning and the room was breathtaking. I wish we stayed here longer, this is by far the best hotel in portimao. HIGHLY recommend

The view of the beach was so nice. The bed was huge and so comfortable. The amenities and breakfast buffet were wonderful. Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Special shout out to the pool bartender.

Lovely location opposite the beach, quiet at night, amazingly big room with a balcony looking out at the beach. Plenty of space to sit by the pool when we went and it was great drinking cocktails by the pool but it was too cold to go in the water. Breakfast was really good too with lots of options and the staff were very helpful and friendly.

The room was clean and the location was perfect. Right in the middle of Portimao, you just need to cross the street to be on the famous Praia da Rocha. During the evenings, we were right where all the night life was happening. Perfect location! The buffet breakfast was amazing! Everything was perfect about our stay except one little thing. They advertise they will provide cake for a birthday and even though they put down our son's birthday, he didn't get one. Maybe it is because it was the day we checked out. I was happy I didn't say anything to my son as I wanted to be a surprise. Small detail, and other than that everything went good.

We went with family for 5 days. It’s very close to beach, cafes and restaurants only issue was the food in the hotel was not great. It’s tasteless ans nothing mich for vegetarian.

Checked in for a night after the afronation festival. The room wasnt ready at check in, since they had a pretty big weekend. Nonetheless, hotel is very nice and great location. The room was quite beautiful. Breakfast was good, many options. There was a smell in our room for a bit, since they literally just cleaned the room but other than that it was good stay. There was a random unknown bug on the bathroom floor tho, so that was a bit weird. Bed was comfortable, room was spacious, property was big.

We just loved the Hotel, Fantastic Location , and close to every, the restaurant there is fantastic My only disappointment was the pool , surrounded by the building you cannot get a lot of sunshine, but then again that is what the Beach is for
