Apartment was clean, basic kitchen but we only stayed one night. Outside space at pool was very clean and well kept but the tennis court was in a terrible state. Reception were fine, just lacking customer service. Location was good for us, close to restaurants and beach. Free parking.

disappointments were: the gym is actually a separate company and charges extra; the sauna was closed; the street noise was very loud at night the unit and building were very well kept/clean and had a nice location not far from the beach and restaurants

This hotel had a lot of space, with nice apartment style rooms. The front desk staff were very kind and helpful. We enjoyed the terrace and the view from the room. There is a great pool. This is walking distance to the ocean and beaches but we didn't love the area because it is so busy and touristy. The hotel itself was amazing. Good internet too.

The phone number for this property was incorrectly listed on Expedia. It had the country code listed twice and that phone number was for another Flor da Rocha property. The correct number is +351 282 400309. We arrived at 1pm and fortunately they accommodated our request for an early check-in. The apartment was spacious with a nice view over the pool towards the ocean. Great bathroom and comfortable beds. We were disappointed there was not a coffee maker in the kitchen. The pool was nice with plenty of chaise lounges.

Even though I waited 1hour and 20 mins to check in due to hotel staff replacing couches in rooms . The hotel deserves a 5 star . Customers service was great and location within close proximity of mini markets to buy anything you need .

The suite was very spacious with kitchen, dining table, armchairs and couch. However, not sure if this is because we stayed during slower season in October, all hallways lights were off no matter the time of day- both morning and night, and I thought I was in a horror movie walking down the halls.

Lovely place for a few nights. Inviting You lobby, friendly service. In the tidy and cozy apartment you can cook yourself in the kitchen, but a bit more kitchen aids would be nice. Balcony is big enough. The pool area is good, with some food options like bakerys and pizza and hot and cold drinks, some background music. Just 5 minute walk to the beach and somewhat calm outside during october season.

Stayed 4 nights in Flor da Rocha. Property is beautiful as well as grounds and pool area. Staff was friendly. We rented a 2 bedroom apartment for 6. Having 1 bathroom was difficult, but we made it work. Air conditioner only in the shared living area so bedrooms get warm and having the patio doors open proved a bit noisy at nighttime. Otherwise pretty quiet given the area is away from the main walking drag of shops etc. it is on an end of the main Praia da rocha and close to Praia das 3 castelos. Would definitely stay here again based on convenience of location and amenities.

This was a definite A for us , loved how clean and modern this was , but if I have to complain on something it would the the Beds , that we were not impressed we were hoping for one double bed at least but we got 2 single beds which we understand is typical for here but they were not comfortable to sleep , that was the only down fall the rest A from the Hotel to pool to grounds and to the coffee / Bar by the Pool just loved , we will return and hopefully they can do something about the Beds

Amazing apartments & hotel

I booked this as a last minute 1 night stay as our flight home had been cancelled and I wish I'd booked this from the off. Check in is from 4 but due to us moving hotels we arrived around 12, we knew we wouldn't be able to check in and was happy waiting around at the pool while our room was prepared, less than 5 minutes of being at the pool and a lady from reception came down to say out room was ready. Amazing apartment, we had a 1 bedroom. Very clean and modern. Plenty of space. Everything you need in them. Lovely big clean reception area with friendly staff. Bar down at the pool area where you can get drinks and snack. Few games down there too. I would 100% recommend this hotel and we'll definitely return.

Staff friendly and rooms very clean. Have stayed in Praia da Rocha several times before but never at Flor da Rocha. Only disadvantages, staying in late March the balcony always seemed to be in the shade. At no point, even on the sunny warmer days was it ever a sun trap. Think this is due to the other buildings close by and the shape of the building itself. Other disadvantage, which isn't the apartments fault are some of the other guests. Sound proofing between apartments isn't great (fairly typical for holiday apartments) and some guests are less than considerate to their fellow guests. Thankfully they went out to the clubs around 23:30 so it quietened down then. When I booked I thought for the price the apartment compared to others in the resort were very reasonable priced. Of course, this means that the younger groups also find them good value.

Almost everything was perfect. Nice location of the apartments, plenty of free parking, clean and modern apartments, 24/7 reception, swimming pool and other amenities. Only problem is that we were on the top floor and water was leaking from the roof in the kitchen (it rained heavily on this day). As this happened on our last night at the hotel, it didn't really bother us.
