Cozy 30-square-meter apartment for 2 people, located on the 1st floor of a building WITHOUT an elevator and with STAIRS to gain access.

The apartment is located in the historic center of Barletta, just a short walk from the Castello Svevo and the Cathedral of Santa Maria Maggiore; the area is characterized by a historic and lively atmosphere, with narrow alleys, squares overlooking the sea, and numerous historic buildings.

The apartment consists of a dining area with a kitchenette, one bedroom, one bathroom, and a small balcony.



The interior is laid out as follows:

- DINING AREA with KITCHENETTE (induction cooktop, electric kettle, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, and various kitchen utensils), table and chairs, split A/C.

- BEDROOM with a double bed, closet, TV.

- EN SUITE BATHROOM (access via a step) with shower, sink, bidet, toilet, and washing machine.

- SMALL BALCONY (access from the living room via steps).



N.B. For larger groups, it is possible to book the other apartment at the property, “At the Castle: Bright Apartment with Balcony,” for a total of 4 guests.



ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: Wi-Fi, heating, and split-system air conditioning (in the dining area), a crib available upon request, a clothesline, a hair dryer, an iron and ironing board, and a washing machine (in the bathroom).

- Please note that there are STAIRS and/or STEPS to access: the apartment entrance; the en-suite bathroom; the small balcony.

- A crib is available only upon request and for an additional fee of 10 EURO.

- The accommodations are located in a restricted traffic zone (ZTL).

- Please note the LOW CLEARANCE at the entrance to the en suite bathroom.

The use of air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013; Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The operating period and daily operating duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

- From KAROL WOYTILA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT, you can reach the apartment by taking bus no. 16 to the Macchie (Vigna Re) stop. From there, walk to the Bari Palese Station stop (8-minute walk) and take the train to Barletta Station, which is about a 14-minute walk from the property.



- FROM BARLETTA STATION, you can reach the apartment on foot in about 14 minutes.



- IF YOU’RE TRAVELING BY CAR, parking is not included. However, you can park on the street for free (white lines) or for a fee (blue lines)—availability is NOT guaranteed.
