"It’s been very hot in Hamburg during my stay but the room is without air-conditioning with only one window openable with a small gap and one fan in upstairs of the two-layered apartment. I’m disappointed that no extra fan can be arranged so it’s very hot during the night for a good sleep. The exhaust fan in bathroom is not working. Even the tablet holder in the dishwasher is not working so it cannot clean the dishes properly. Overall it’s a disappointing experience."

"Das Apartement war großzügig, wir hatten 2 Schlafzimmer und ausreichend Platz.
Check-In ist völlig kontaktfrei und hat gut funktioniert.
In der Beschreibung steht etwas von Parkplätzen vor Ort. Dies stimmt nur begrenzt. Es gibt öffentliche Parkplätze aber nur bis zu 3 Std zwischen 08:00 und 18 Uhr. Wer tagsüber das Auto stehen lassen möchte muss ins Parkhaus , das ca. 900m entfernt ist (aber relativ günstig für 9 EUR pro 24 Std).

"Værelset var meget slidt og beskidt. Udefinerbare pletter på tæpper, gardiner, vægge og i alle hjørner. Skimmel på badeværelset. Der var fugtigt og lugtede indelukket. De flader der kunne rengøres, samt toilet og bad var dog rene. Det samme var sengetøj og håndklæder. Sengene var pænt redt. Værelset var rummeligt og godt indrettet. Passede rigtig godt til vores familie på tre. Der var også en lille altan, hvilket var rart, så man kunne åbne til luft og gå lidt ud. Der er ingen elevator, så er...

"A spacious property close to the U-bahn.
A lot of traffic noise. You will have to hunt for parking but this eases after the working day.
Booking in was dire. The interface with the Hotel Arbio group was just awful. It took 2.5 hours of phone calls, emails, texts to get the address and entry code.
If I hadn't booked through Expedia I would have had to find alternative accommodation. The Expedia assistance service was great. Arbio was woeful.
I would avoid any Hotel Airbo booking through...
