"Beautiful property & amazing views. Rented for 10 family members to stay at while in town for a wedding. House has a large kitchen and common spaces to hang out in. Beautiful patio to watch the sunset. Lots of parking. Joy was very easy to communicate with. Great rental!"

"This is my favorite place to stay in Missoula. 40 years ago I stayed at the Edge Water at least one day a week. The property has been remodeled, expanded and updated. Still my favorite place to stay. I really like the Riverside rooms."

"We enjoyed this beautiful house! It is a large, single story ranch. The bedrooms are all on one wing, removed from 2 living areas, a spacious kitchen & access to a large patio. This allowed the adults to gather & chat without concern after the kids went to bed. We spent one day at nearby Splash Montana and had a great day! The house was clean & well organized. Will definitely try to rent this again!"

"The hosts communicated as soon as I sent them a message. No messages were sent during our stay as we had absolutely zero issues here. Beds were comfortable, upstairs was unique even though we never utilized it. You had deer in the front yard every other day. So much better than staying downtown with limited space. Uber rides are there within 5 minutes or less. Understood there are notes about respecting the neighbors but that should come naturally. We would stay here again."
