"Lovely place but very disappointed with the bed. We did request 2 singles as we’re not a couple. It’s was a king sized bed so we thought it will be fine However the mattress well well worn no support. Both off us could not get Comfortable. And the pillows were flat Apart from that great location and lively food and staff"

"We have been staying in Barmouth for years but this was our first visit to seascape.it was brilliant. Nicely done modern room very well cared for. Super friendly owner and good value for money. We have already booked to go back there in June and will be staying there more in the future"

"Clean and spacious room but shower cubicle rather small. A Tap needed tightening. Mattress lumpy with a loose spring. Good customer service. Staff friendly, efficient and helpful. Breakfast ok. Evening meals well cooked and good menu but portion size a bit small for price. "

"Lovely place to stay as a base for our holiday. We had the woodland suite with hot tub which all felt very special, the bathroom was especially fancy, and being in the hot tub with all the sparkly lights made such a great end to the day. Shout out to Iwen who served us a delicious breakfast and helped us plan our day with his good local knowledge. "

"Breakfast very good, room nice size, good bed, nice bathroom. Friendly staff. Only problem, extractor fan from neighbouring restaurant, but nothing they can do about that. Keep window closed and the a/c works fine. All in all, nice place."

"Lovely remote location with fantastic views to both the sea and across to Cadar Idris. We loved that you could walk into Barmouth via the footpaths through the high grazing and wooded slopes that dropped into the town below. Very pet friendly which we needed with two small dogs. The WiFi was a little patchy at times so watching shows through apps on the tv was a little hit and miss. No issues with mobile phone connection though with a good 4G signal. The kitchen could do with a few new utensils and a new frying pan but oven, microwave and induction hob all do their job well. Host was very friendly and helpful. Showers nice and powerful and hot."
