Great communication, very hospitable staff, quiet air of competence all round. Location is perfect for an overnight visit and the aircon was a blessing in the August heatwave. Free parking nearby made things very convenient. Highly recommend.

Lovely boutique hotel. Easy check-in at the bar. Convenient parking around the corner in a gated lot. We stayed in a comfortable third-floor walk-up efficiency room. There is a tiny but well-appointed kitchenette, an enormous soaking tub, and beautiful skylights with inset remote-controlled blinds.

A gem in a Welsh seaside town. The name refers to the patron who gave the first land to the newly formed National trust ( I think). The room was spacious and the bed was excellent. There is air conditioning and the windows are sound proof so little sign of external noise from the high street. The kitchenette was perfect with a seating area for two. There is a private carpark with 6 electric charging points by clenenergy. The restaurant offers a top quality chef with £70 tasting menu

Perfect place to stay

Excellent location, warm welcome, parked immediately outside to empty luggage then directed to free car park across the road. Bed sit type accommodation perfect, high quality fixtures, wonderfully comfortable bed and right in the middle of town. We would not hesitate to stay here again and would highly recommend to others.
