"Maison très bien située à Carteret dans un environnement calme et verdoyant. Possibilités de ballades à pied depuis la maison, marché... Il faut toutefois apporter quelques rectificatifs concernant l'aménagement intérieur : il y a 2 chambres à l'étage (et non pas 3), et 1 au rdc. La cuisine est de taille restreinte et il est compliqué de cuisiner pour 6 personnes sur 3 (petites) plaques électriques. Exemple : si vous utilisez une poêle, par manque de place il faut attendre pour mettre en route une autre casserole... De surcroît, la gestion des denrées périssables ne peut se faire que dans un petit frigo table-top sous le plan de travail. Pour 6 personnes et en plein été, ce n'est absolument pas gérable ! Conclusion : maison agréable avec une localisation intéressante mais les propriétaires devraient adapter les aménagements intérieurs (cuisine et sanitaires) à la capacité d'accueil déclarée."

"Our stay was a 3 night break . The hotel staff were extremely helpful and efficient. The bed was comfortable and room was clean. The restaurant was not open for dinner but it was okay to order food in or there was a cheese board ,meat board or a mixture of served with salad and fresh bread.Excellent The breakfast was also very fresh and tasty. The hotel has a bus stop close which took you into the centre of Cherbourg . From the hotel within a few minutes you could walk along a very long promenade which had lovely views of the sea."
