From the first contact we had at the reception with the friendly and helpful staff, to the impeccably neat and modern room, we absolutely LOVED our night here! "We had bats living in our roof, apparently knowingly by the owner (they built a house for them on the near cabin and they migrated to ours). We had to go to bed and sleep with constraint scratching and sliding noises, that was terrible. When we brought it to the attention of the team, they didn’t even bother apologising. The dinning experience over dinner and breakfast was terrible - worst service I’ve seen for a while and average food (it’s quite expensive considering its surroundings). Stay...

"Self catering room in cottage pie needs a renovation . The windows lead onto the street,so this would make it a security issue if one would like to sit outside. The bedroom is dark and gloomy the bathroom had a broken light. The overall facilities and the staff were very good "

"Amazing place in a perfect location with beautiful views over the sea and beach which is just across a quiet road . Brian and his team will look after you from the moment you arrive . Wonderful! "

"In general the hotel is very run down. Things falling apart and dysfunctional, including pool area and umbrellas and gardens. The resort is in desperate need of serious maintenance. Also, no wi fi in rooms for a 4 star hotel is not really acceptable. Poor conditions somewhat compensated for by the first class and much appreciated service from Petrus and some of his staff -especially chef and Thabisa."
