"Boa localização para o centro comercial, tem tudo próximo (supermercado, farmácia, lojas ) além de ficar ao lado da balsa. Meninas da recepção sempre muito educadas, simpáticas e atenciosas aos nossos pedidos. Quartos são grandes, a limpeza impecável. Café da manhã é simples, porém muito gostoso! "

Apesar do fato de ser um domingo e não haver outros hóspedes, só me foi permitido permanecer mediante o pagamento de uma taxa...

"Lovely stay, nice and clean room and great location close to the port and bus station. There was a music sound coming out from a bar nearby which didn’t bother us but if you’re very sensitive to noise you might want to reconsider."

"We had an excellent time here, I can say almost everything was perfect. The customer service here was perfect. Alex was the guy that helped me out most of the time and I can say he was the most helpful guy I have ever met and he even helped me plan out the perfect proposal to ask my partner to be my girlfriend, because of the way Alex treated us we will for sure comeback soon and we will recommend this hotel to everyone when visiting the island. Thank you to Alex and everyone else!"

"I am surprised this place is only 1 star, I would say it's a 3 star really. Being really picky but the telly in the room could of been bigger. I guess what should be included is a mosquito net, the mosquitoes on this island are savage. I had bites on bites. I was bathing in mosquito repellent and still was getting bitten."

"This was my first time in Ilhabela and I’m grateful I chose to stay here! The staff were so amazing the minute I checked in and recommended so many great beaches and restaurants. The room was extremely clean and just like the pictures. The view from the pool over looking the beach and mountains is magical. You’re close to everything and can walk to restaurants and beach. I love to run so if you do to I’d recommend a run during the day or at night . I will definitely stay here again!"
