Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Although we booked our stay way ahead of our arrival date. Host decided to cancel the moment our flight was taking off to Barranquilla. I had contacted him prior to ask for confirmation of our booking, without any reply from host. Host decided to cancel with the excuse the fee paid was wrong and asking me to pay him cash as the apartment was available for the dates requested. He only refunded me less than half the amount I paid, which was over a thousand dollars. My bank took care of the claim and made sure I received the full amount.
