"An excellent place to stay as I needed somewhere with the comforts of home to use as an office for a few days working away. Everything was there that I needed to cook, eat, shower and sleep while it was just a short walk to the tram stop for transport up and down the coast. Also in a quiet part of town but close enough to get to the noisier parts if you wanted - just a 20 minute walk to Blackpool North station so ideally placed for me."

"Ok for a night's stay when going to a show at Viva Blackpool. Room clean with lovely sea view but far too hot even with the window fully open & no fan which would have been great. Pleasant staff. Handy parking in front of the hotel. Basic full English breakfast arrived so quickly after we ordered it that it had obviously been sitting for a while & was a bit dried up. No serviettes available in the dining room. The hotel could be fantastic as it has a large lounge with bar & stage but needs money & a bit of tlc spending on it. Fine for the price though."

"Ideally located for my needs. Hotel is fine and the best hotel in my opinion in Blackpool. The only downside is food could be better. Scrambled eggs were very watery and did not taste very nice and tomatoes were black. The bed in the room had feet that multiple times I hit my foot on still feeling the pain from the feet. I do not recall any issues on previous visits so think it was just the bed base in my room. I found some stafff were excellent and most helpful and efficient where others were not very helpful. Hotel is clean with good facilities on site. In my opinion is the best option for Blackpool."
