Made booking 6 weeks in advance, choose pay at property booking, turned up to check in at approx 10.30pm after a full day, to be told room hadnt been confirmed as no payment made at time of booking, although that was not the option booked. Ended up having to travel 4 hours home, with no where to stay after a full day in blackpool with 3 kids
