"Got an upgrade which was nice to get a sea view. Coffee machine nice touch. Room not 100% clean but wasnt that bad, few stains in carpet and found some fake lashes on floor. Shower took ages to heat up but finally got there. Great parking facility. Only stayed one night but would defo stay again. Great location, perfect parking and lovely staff."

"Where do I start with the review? Well the first thing I would like to say is I honestly think it’s one of the best breaks me and my wife have had, there we’re obviously some points that I have to comment about that we’re needing a bit of work and renovation to be done but if you asked me to look beyond that then it’s a solid 10/10 The staff were lovely in every way the reception was fantastic made it so easy as possible as we had to move room as the toilet was unusable for my needs and I couldn’t use the toilet at all but as I said the staff made it so easy to move! So from that point after we sat down to an amazing dinner I would love the chefs and staff in the restaurant for the amazing food from breakfast to dinner, we loved the fact that we had our table for our entire stay at the hotel. The room we ended up in was good enough unfortunately we had to take a double bed apart from the two single beds that we really needed but hey ho we can’t complain, the room could definitely do with a slight spruce up but honestly we understand it’s not always possible for it in the current climate, we enjoyed the experience of most of the entertainment patron one of the nights with the comedian who we found to be a bit close to the bone especially with children being there, some of the material was a just a bit well I won’t go into that I think you maybe have had some comments about before? basically all in we were so happy with the stay and look forward to our return mr and Mrs H"

"Communal stairs in need of a hoover , cups were all dirty inside and when we asked for another one for the third person that cup had all dried sugar in the bottom . The bathroom had been updated but the rest of the room was run down , wallpaper hanging off and trouble locking and unlocking the door . Games room had 3 things working and the rest broken. Didn’t have breakfast so I couldn’t review on that . Bed was good. "

"We had a great stay at this appartment. The place was clean and fit for all of our party. Good location a bit out of Blackpool and a 15-20min walk to Bispham full of nice bars, restaurants and cafes. The owners were very kind and called on arrival to check we had everything we needed. We were pleasantly surprised to find tea coffee milk and sugar all provided! Thank you!"

"As it was an over 50’s Hotel it really was excellent for the price, the manager and the staff we met could not do enough for you, nothing was to much to ask, the breakfast was lovely and well prepared, coffee and tea really hot. My wife was in a wheelchair so we where given a ground level room with access through the back with zero stairs."
