"Overall was a nice stay. The room was spacious and the staff was friendly and welcoming. Onsite parking with charging is a plus. We look forward to our next visit. The biggest issue we had was not the hotels fault (which is why my rating stayed high across the board) but other guests being noisy going to from their room. We were near the stairs and each morning between 5 and 8 before I woke up fully I could hear folks having loud conversations or yelling up the hall which was annoying. "

"Cheap stay with good breakfast. Tram stop just outside. Room and beds were OK and decent shower. Hotel and room were cold, so need to turn on and crank up the heating. "

"Bathroom was minuscule. Could barely turn to sit on the toilet. Shower didn’t run hot and bed side lights didn’t work. "

"The check in was efficient and friendly. As a female checking in on my own, it was good the receptionist pointed to my room number and didn’t call it out. A small but significant and appreciated factor. The room had a well designed layout, with a tiled and carpeted area. There was an iron and ironing board, safe, hairdryer, tea and coffee facilities all in the room along with a huge TV. The room was quiet, I couldn’t hear other guests in their rooms or the traffic outside. The bed was comfy and I enjoyed having a comfortable sofa seating area along with a great desk space. The bathroom was lovely with both an over head monsoon shower and a detachable shower head. Great lighting too. All staff were friendly. At both breakfast and dinner my dietary requirements were catered for. Staff appeared well informed on this. Overall a great stay. Thank you"
