Poulton-le-Fylde Hotels

"One night (Tuesday) stay after a theatre visit. Haven’t stayed at the hotel since the Ramada days and was pleasantly surprised by the hotel. Obviously had been referred since we last stayed and very impressed with it room very clean, nice sized bathroom (although a little high getting in bath for a shower ok for me as I’m 6-2 but a little struggle for her who is 5-4). Bed super comfy lovely nights sleep. Nice selection of tea coffee etc. no fridge in room which was not an issue for 1 night. Staff pleasant and helpful. Didn’t eat at hotel so cannot comment. Overall Excellent 5 ⭐️ 👍"

"Having stayed at Ruskin many times over past few decades I find the cleanliness and staff service always to a good standard- rooms are cleaned each day. There has been a rise in bar prices however my concern is the breakfast is not of the quality I previously experienced. Whilst the layout is good with various choice of cooked or cold foods I found there has been a decline in the quality of the produce served with hot breakfast "

"Everything was 100 % The staff were excellent,especially the breakfast staff. Ian on the breakfast waiting team was especially attentive and made sure everyone was well looked after and had a kind word for everyone. The breakfast was excellent ..proper thick bacon,perfect scrambled eggs and proper Lancashire sausages. This is the 10th time I have stayed at The New President Hotel😀😀😀"

"The food was delicious, cooked breakfast and 3 course evening meals. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Fantastic evening entertainment. I would definitely stay here again."

"Everything about our stay in Blackpool was stellar. The room was comfortable, the staff were friendly and fantastic, and the food was excellent. Especially the breakfast buffet where they were able to accommodate our dietary restrictions and provided gluten free toast, sausages, and poached eggs. "

"We stayed here just as a stop over and it was a very small and low double bed in a huge room. It wasnt the cleanest so I was glad I had slippers with me. Shower ceiling was too low for a 6'2 person so my partner had to crouch. The main parts of the hotel looked nice on arrival, but we didnt make use of it. Nice and quiet despite the location."

"Food was good, bed was murder 😩 i did ask for a topper but unfortunately they don't have them. They put a quilt under so we could sleep on that but it never made any difference. The only thing i would say that was bad about our stay was the mattress."
