"There is no entertainment at this property so please dont book on that basis, the walls are thin and the rooms are small. The staff are helpful to a degree but seem to decide themselves weather they can be bothered to serve alcohol or not. The lift is tiny, so if claustrophobic then dont use, the location is okay, its about .8 miles from north pier which isn't bad on foot, or a tram stop stright outside! The sea views might be good if youre lucky to have one, not so great if your view is to the rear of a backfilled. The rooms are also small and noise carries so much, so if you enjoy sleep, maybe its upto you. But this was definitely a budget stay so I suppose you definitely get what you pay for"

"Overall a good stay; great location, fantastic staff, great entertainment, ok food. Down sides - beds not the most comfortable, one of our creaked with ever slight movement; shower cubicle too small for shower fitting - needs to be double the size for a rainfall shower particularly with the types of tap fittings; corridors/bedrooms need a lick of paint; breakfast could do with more choices - little/no fresh fruit, no pastries/pancakes/crumpets, coffee machine & juice machine very muddled up!"
