"The room and beds were clean, place is in need of updating and apart from being woken at just after 3am by the fire alarm ( which is not hotels fault) we had a good stay and being able to bring our dog was a great asset."

"Hotel is massively dated and the room was just poor , very old n stunk of damp. The bed was so old springs were sticking up , outside of the room the floors creaked so badly that every time someone walked past even quietly it made a racket. The windows were so filthy outside and inside you could barely see out of them. "

Lee and Iain are excellent hosts, so friendly and helpful. Their place is spotless, so comfortable, and rooms are nicely decorated. Breakfast was very fulfilling and nicely served. We will definitely go back again on our next trip to Blackpool.
