"The communications were great and access to the flat was easy with the instructions given. We were fortunate to be able to squeeze onto the last space on the pavement to park. Right on the promenade so not quiet at night but was easy to walk to everywhere we wanted to go. "A warm welcome by the staff and always with a smile, this hotel catered for all our needs including asking for extra pillows, lovely lounge area to relax in , lift goes down to the tram station which is a bonus. very good choice of meals with a good bar area. Twin room was very comfortable and quiet ended up staying an extra night . "
