This is the 2nd time we have stayed here for the weekend. We stayed in a double room and was perfect for us. It was clean bed really comfortable and warm. The hotel is right on the front and close to everything, definitely will be booking again in the future.

I love vinnies hotel we go there every time and the land lady is loverly the only we would of love was high pillows because of mine and my partner asma but there not the land lady's folt but the room is stopless the bed is comfortable to sleep in and we even had a little wardrobe is so friendly and homely I can't wait to come back in the summer

Would defo stay again , sadly the weather wasn’t on our side so there was a leak in the room but this couldn’t be helped , rooms clean , comfortable , a lot of climbing of stairs to get to our room but lovely inside

Great find. Perfect location

We had a lovely stay. The location was perfect. On the beach front and close to everything you need. A tram stop directly in front. The property is a traditional building that is a little dated but does not detract from the charm and everything it has to offer for the money. It’s great value, clean and has what’s needed for a comfortable stay, but don’t expect modern perfection.

Honestly one of the best value places in Blackpool. A clean double room, Freeview TV, fast WiFi, a comfortable bed and a nice hot shower. Susan (the owner) is absolutely amazing as well and very helpful. It’s literally right opposite Manchester Square Tram Stop as well so easily accessible to all areas of Blackpool in minutes.

Great stay

Great location. Room looked like it had been recent renovated, kids enjoyed the view, bed and bedding comfortable. Probably paid more than it was worth buy it was peak time too

Great location. Excellent room facilities but climbing 6 flights of stairs was a challenge. The only thing letting the hotel down is that it’s quite a walk to any 24hr car parks.

Mixed experience

The room itself was nice, but the entrance area and stairways were shabby and gloomy. It was very hard to get hold of someone to help when needed- the doorbell wasn't answered, the phone wasn't answered and the voicemail was full. The bed was comfortable, but we were disturbed at night by barking dogs and the smell of weed. Having a bath was lovely- but we would've appreciated a bath towel!

Okay but wouldn’t stop again.

While we had no complaints about the room, it was clean and comfortable with a nice view (although top floor with no lift was not ideal), the Hotel itself was a bit below average. Virtually no interaction with the host other than check in and “put keys in the box when you leave “ Billed as a family Hotel yet no lounge or bar area, the stairs and corridor smells of weed thanks to other guests, poor lighting on the stairs too. A real shame as it’s in great location, needs some serious TLC and better customer service. It should be classed as budget rooms not as a Family Hotel.

Only stayed here for one night. The building and room was clean and warm. Tea, coffee and soap is provided. I did book a room with a sea view however I was given a back room facing a car park. Also the metal bed is the squeakiest bed I have ever slept on. The room is small but cosy. Lady who checked my in was friendly. They also allow you to drop off your luggage early if you want to explore Blackpool without being weighed down with bags. The stairs to the entrance are quite steep. Overall for the price and just for one night the place was good enough

This was an amazing stay at this hotel. You can see they are working on making the hall ways look better but the room itself was soo clean, really nicely decorated and the beds were really comfy too. The only thing I would point out is that the metal bed in room number 3 either needs tightening or oiling as it squeaks every little move made, which was a bit annoying and the toilet door just needs a bit of oil. But non of which stopped the stay been really nice. And the room was soo warm too which was really nice as it was cold outside. The only little thing I would say is a mini fridge would be great as we always have to take our own milk and have to sit it in a sink of water. But the stay was really good. Room was really nice. We will defo be back and would love the same room again. Thank you. Oh and the lady was so lovely too. Polite and patient with kids asking a million questions whilst trying to talk to her. Great hotel!
