"Fantastic location, 5 mins walk from train station. We arrived early and was able to check in early. Room was clean and basic. Great for a short stay. Room needs a bin for rubbish, maybe a vending machine downstairs would be handy. The place has a bar 2 mins walk and offers cheap drinks and a free shot for customers staying at one of their property's. I would definitely stay here again. "
"I thought i had booked a luxury apartment for myself and grandchildren. What i actually booked was a dirty apartment which i cleaned before i would let the kids sit down, put anything in the fridge, make a drink ect. The paint is knocked off the walls. The bedding had holes in it. Luckily we took blankets of our own so we could put them on top of the beds and used the towels to cover the pillows.. "Dated decour but under new owners who are renovating.
The hotel has the most helpful wonderful staff, nothing to much trouble to them. Food good, ideal central location, clean safe and secure. Close to tram and bus stops. Bar at the premises with entertainment.

"We came for our honeymoon just to get away a couple off days. Room was clean. No fridge but lots off other items. Helpful when we run out off tea and coffee gave us more. Food was good. Restaurant staff were very friendly and polite. The new girl who had started the same day we came was very nice and could not help us enough. Only downside could not get a hot drink at dinner time. Plenty off water but nothing hot. But over all very happy with our stay and planing our next stay for next year."
