"Lovely friendly staff in all areas of the hotel. Nathan on the reception was all ways helpful. The beds were clean and comfortable. The food in the restaurant was good. The hotel was warm and comfortable. It’s a little dated but still a nice hotel not far from the local amenities and there is a tram stop across the road. "

"We had a brilliant time and Tim was amazing and so helpful as my father in law is wheelchair bound and he acomidated his needs. I would highly recommend this company. We can’t wait to go back"
