"The hotel is a bit dated ( it is Brazil) but very nice. Free "Buggy" transfer to the beach restaurants even if it is only a 10 minute walk. The reception had problems finding my Hotels.com reservation and the confirmation sent to me was in Swedish . for Brazil portugues is preferrable"

"It is a very good, clean, Poudada. With a great staff. The people are very friendly, and very helpful. The free breakfast is very complete. Location is right on Broadway street, so it is very convenient. About 800 meters from the beach."

"Very nice clean hotel.
pool was great and room was clean with a very good breakfast included. Noise from adjacent rooms was evident (patio areas) however as guests tend to be a bit noisy late at night. Bedding could use more layers for those travelers not used to sleeping with such thin sheets. Overall, i recommend this place. "

"Although Canoa Quebrada is a fun beautiful beach town, this hotel left me feeling like if I was in a motel. The front looks like a car dealership so you don’t even really see the hotel until you are all the way inside the lobby. Also if you’re a visiting tourist you should have a translator because the staff only speaks Portuguese. I understand we are in Brazil but not having a single English or Spanish speaker on sight seems a bit crazy. Also the pool area was filled with what seemed like 30 kids screaming and splashing all day, so my pool view suite was a nightmare. I will never go back to this hotel. "
