The room was big, the place was quiet, and the bed was comfortable. Everything was very basic, but the staff were friendly and helpful. There was a small water leak from the shower in the bathroom, but overall, I had a good night’s rest.

The staff here was wonderful. I was not feeling very well and they were very helpful. The room was spacious and clean. The bed very comfortable. The breakfast was limited. Not much to choose from. The price was very reasonable. The most outstanding positive was how considerate and sympathetic the staff were when i needed their help. I can't thank them enough

Not exactly an airport hotel ! It’s at the end of the runway but u have to drive all the way around . The taxi is $35 usd the taxi is cheaper towards the beach . My room was on the ground floor , the curtains too small, it over looked the car park which had lights on all night .

Even the hotel is not located near the beach it offers the quiet comfort of a clean spacious room that has a mini refrigerator and microwave. I enjoyed my stay and will book again.

Good and bad

Stayed 3 nights. Enjoyed the comfy bed, close location to the airport and the nice rooftop pool. However, it wasnt clean, lots of renovation noise (and water interruption), breakfast was a meat sandwich in a plastic takeaway container, and the staff were friendly but not super helpful. Lowest price we could find on Guam, but not sure I'd stay again.

This is a motel, not a hotel. They advertise a shuttle. they said they have a shuttle, but no driver. It was clean, but very basic with very old furniture. No diner options in hotel. Limited food options near hotel. Staff was pleasant. they said it was under renovations.

Amidst renovations, an adequate place to stay

I was in Guam on business and this hotel was really close to the airport but kind of in the middle of the drive to other places. The property is in the middle of renovations by a new owner and it's clearly an old property. The staff was amazing and very helpful, but the hotel has the vibe of an old motel that's being fixed up. Once the renovations are done, it'll be a great place to stay because it's between a variety of places to go, so it's convenient from that perspective. The cost was reasonable considering it's not in the resort area and it's close to the airport, but it wasn't quite worth the money yet--it will be after the renovations and once the hotel is up to Best Western standards. I might stay there again in the future, but it'll depend on other hotels' prices.

Lil home away from home

honestly it was good, it was a quick trip home for a funeral and it was close by to what we needed. the hot water didnt last to long but it was good enough. the only thing i was not expecting was a 200. deposit. the paper work clearly stated 100 and the form they had. i didnt argue i just was confused why.. the staff were amazing and everyone made us feel welcomed. i would stay here again. it was the best rest i got in a while. if you looking for simple rest/shower/quiet. its here. we stay here because of errands and family event. value was worth it for my family.

Bathroom was not up to standards..weak shower..zero tv..been out for months front desk said.. totally not what i expected..said because if Covid no shuttle no breakfast.. Rented a car and it was a bomb..Definitely not cool.. only saving grace was staff..very friendly very helpful

This was a great stay respectfully because of all the typhoon damage and recovery. The staff was outstanding and personable. The elevator was out due to typhoon. Staff helped me carry my suitcases up to the third floor. The room was clean and neat. Power went out a couple times due to rolling outages in the area. It was great these folks had good attitude and powered on.
