"Very nice front desk staff. Some of the appliances in the hotel room were incredibly outdated, but you could tell they were slowly modernizing them. The A/C worked well enough, not super cold but still comfortable. Really nice partial ocean view, and having a washer/dryer in the hotel room itself was beyond convenient. Quiet and clean, would stay here again!"

"You can never go wrong with a decent stay. It’s one of the few hotels in Guam that is really accommodating especially during the holiday season. Love the quietness, the atmosphere, and staff is professional. Will always come back yearly. "

"The balcony provided a nice view of the city and some of its surroundings. And since it's New Year, it's convenient to watch the fireworks display though some of it is covered by the bigger building beside it. The airport can also be easily seen. "

"Room was spacious and had 3 beds which was was we needed to fit our family of four and the staff were very helpful and friendly."

"Room was great, AC kept it nice and cool, service down at the desk and from housekeeping was great. Nice smart tv in the room with all the usual streaming apps (some require you to sign in with your own account, of course, but YouTube you can watch for free). Laundry room just off the lobby worked without issue. Just overall a great stay at a great price. The only downside is that its way up on the north end of Guam, but it was absolutely worth it."
