"We booked this room for its low cost for 3 nights as we were visiting Guam for a funeral. We enjoyed this property as it was clean, quiet, and staff was very attentive. There is some construction on the outside, the pics online is what you see, and the inside (bldg or room) does not smell. The bed was comfy and clean (everything is white!). "We thought we would give this local hotel a chance since we are visiting family on the same side of the island, but have been quite disappointed. The beds are old style Japanese, which means you sleep on a very hard mattress (like a box spring). They brought an "extra pad" for the beds, but it isn't even noticeable and is painful to sleep on if you're used to an American mattress.
