"When we arrived it seemed a bit sketchy, but this condo served its purpose and was not too far from the Naval base. Bed rooms were super comfortable and clean. This place has so much more potential if a little more updates could be made. The roosters were loud. I had to borrow a fan from my son for white noise and drown out that rooster. I feel the owner needed to replace the oven, which I had to clean. Bathroom had mold which I removed with Clorox. Exterminator needs to visit more often, saw...

"I stayed at the location for two months (work trip). The apartment had two comfortable beds, very efficient air conditioning in each room, and a comfortable living space. Any requests I had were answered promptly. For anything that needed to be handled on-site, Jack was readily available for assistance. I enjoyed my visit to Guam and the living experience was a big part of that. If I'm lucky enough to get assigned here again, I would definitely stay here!"

"This location is far from the main strip, & to go anywhere fun/interesting will require transportation.The grounds include a nice pool & decent gym, but no frills from there.The open air hallways coupled with a frugal property owner, who was overly emotional, had me tolerate only one (1) night here before I pivoted to a hotel/resort. It was the best thing to happen to me as I met very nice people there, & had a great time!"

"The pictures associated with the property are not from the actual property, they are photo shopped. The property was nothing to write home about, but the beds were clean and the bathroom has recently been remodeled. The apartment served its purpose, a place to sleep and shower! It is conveniently centered on the island. Neighbors have about a million chickens that made noise all hours of the night. Property manager was very friendly and easy to work with when we ran into some travel issues....

"We booked this location for four adults. Dina is a gem, she offered us an option of a three bedroom home instead due to the circumstances that brought us back home to Guam. My family and I cannot thank her enough for the generosity and accommodations she provided. Dina also put me in touch with Queen, the manager for the home. "A beautiful and comfortable 3 bedroom unit for my family and I. Property manager, Queen was always available to assistance in any way she could. "

"Upon booking, I was informed that the unit was not available. However, the property was able to accommodate us with another place in Tamuning. Although check was a bit difficult, the manager assisted us quickly. The unit was very clean and spacious. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again!"

"Duplex property - beautiful 2 bedroom duplex with kitchen & 1 bath - newly re-furbished with entry gate. This is a more "neighborhood" based property away from the "tourist" attractions.
