"This hotel was clean from the lobby, the hallway to the rooms. The beds were comfortable. My experience with Best Western in the past has not been great. However, we were in Rice Lake for a wedding and took a chance. I’m glad we did. It was a pleasant stay and we would stay here again."

"This place is absolutely wonderful! It has everything that we were looking for in a family get away. Swimming, boating, fishing, arcade gaming, grilling, card games at the kitchen table, and a pool table! It is nice and secluded for privacy. Yet has a beautiful view of the lake from the kitchen table and is convenient to town. The host was very accommodating. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable. The only thing that could have been better is the refrigerator wasn't clean. I'm guessing that it was just an oversight because the rest of the place was very clean."

"I have stayed at this hotel several times in the past ten years. I could feel the difference. It was clean, the pool was working, the rooms were neat. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. The breakfast in the morning was great. Lots of choices and if they ran out of an items, more was put out. A very noticeable and welcome change!"
