This thoughtfully designed home combines warmth, creativity, and functionality to create an inviting retreat for guests and residents alike. Every room is carefully curated to enhance comfort and style while maximizing the stunning surrounding views of of Mt. Washington and the Carters.

Throughout the home, you’ll find artistic touches that reflect a love of nature and everything New England. Beautifully balanced luxury, comfort, and creativity, offer a welcoming escape with both peaceful solitude and spaces designed for connection and fun.

With super fast Wi-Fi and both dual heat and AC zones, guests can enjoy different temps on 1st and 2nd levels making things comfortable and enjoyable for the entire family.

You need to be 25 or older to book this property.
Absolutely no parties, events or large gatherings.
No smoking allowed in the house.
We allow up to 2 well-behaved dogs.
Grill is available from May 1 to October 31 and propane is provided during that time.
Firewood is provided for the indoor fireplace and available from Labor Day through Memorial Day.
Parking for 2 cars only.

Any cancelations within 14 days of arrival are subject to a 3% fee. No refunds within 7 days of arrival.
Card will be charged 14 days ahead of arrival for the remaining balance.

We provide one bath towel per person and two hand towels per bathroom. Washcloths are not provided.
Cell service can be spotty in the area. We recommend taking a screenshot of the Wi-Fi info before arrival in case of connectivity issues.
An additional fee will apply if pet waste or cigarette butts are found in the yard.

The top bunk is for children only.

Clean 3 BR with 2 adult BRs, large bunk room, well-stocked kitchen, great views of mountains from master BR and kitchen/dining/living room. Excellent playroom (air hockey) / work area in furnished basement.
