"This is a beautiful hotel with a friendly staff, clean rooms, comfortable beds, and a welcoming atmosphere. There is a bar and restaurant on site and the bar was quite lively for a Monday night when we arrived. Our room featured a large soaking tub, tons of space, and spectacular views of the Texas Hill Country. Would highly recommend Hotel Viata to anyone staying in the Austin area. "

"I really appreciated, the little things the staff left out for patrons. In the mornings, they had a shelf stable breakfast, that you can grab and go with, if you didn't have time for the hot breakfast. Then in the afternoons, about 30% of the time there would be cookies individually packaged available as you walked back in to the place. Overall, made it feel more like a I was a guest, then the typical road warrior."

"This home was everything as listed. Plenty of space for the families and a large gathering area with the dining room and living room. The downstairs area was very nice for the kids to hang out and play. Because of the weather change (summer to fall) the water was a little too cold for the kids to get in. The pool looked very inviting anyway and the large backyard was fun. Hopefully the HWY 290 construction will be completed soon. "

"We had an amazing stay! The host went above and beyond after our original reservation was canceled, helping us get rebooked without any issues. They even arranged catering and a boat for our group, which made the trip seamless and so much fun. The house itself was clean, spacious, and perfect for a large group. Highly recommend this property and host for anyone coming to Austin!"
