"Really nice resort close enough to everything in Austin. Loved everything - room was beautiful, pools were so clean and had excellent drink service, on site restaurants were delicious. Loved relaxing with a glass of wine looking over the golf course. 10/10"

"My stay was fun and enjoyable! I had a UT graduate celebration with family and this house came in clutch! The host was responsive and was more than willing to accommodate during checkin/checkout. The pool was the X factor it was clean and such a vibe with the tall trees and string lights! Lot’s of floaties/tubes were provided and plenty of towels. I loved the close location to restaurants and to the university which made it easy for us to navigate back and forth from. I would definitely recommend and book again. "

"It was a nice clean room, though without carpet. The bed was comfortable, and the fridge and microwave worked just fine. There is no pool, or much in the way of other amenities, and access to/from the hotel is restricted by being on a frontage road. Overall, it looks a bit rundown, but the room was pleasant and comfortable. Check in was easy, and the staff at the time friendly. The only real downside was the refrigerator was really loud when it turned on to cool. It made a loud pop, and then came on for several minutes increasing in volume as it went. But, this was made better by turning the A/C fan on full time. Overall, I'm not sure I'd recommend this place as it doesn't have a very "I'm really safe here" vibe, being in a not great part of Austin. However, if you're looking for an inexpensive place to stay, this isn't that bad a choice."

"This hotel is a good reflection of the AC Marriott standard we have got used to. This is our 4 th such hotel on an extensive road trip and we maintain that these are the only hotels we will use in America."

"We stayed there before a few years ago and everything was fine. This time the property was run down and not exactly clean. Upon checking in the staff was fine. But once we went down to tell them we were checking out and wanted a refund, everything changed. They were rude. A lady standing next to me needing to ask a question was completely ignored. Is she allowed out a little whistle, and the manager around the corner and out of sight, said "was that a whistle, how rude!" and still did not get up to help the lady. Talk about rude. We did get our refund from Expedia, but not with any help from the staff at the hotel. We will not stay there again."
