"It's the worst experience in my life. The apartment is only one room and a small hall, but the reservation was for two rooms and a hall. The owner told me to stay only one night and he will change the apartment for me the next day. But he didn't respond to my phone or messages. The bathroom is dirty and the sink is broken. The fish tank in the hall is also broken. It's a bad experience and I left before I finished all the days of the reservation."

"Bed/mattress is old and uncomfortable. Water pressure in unit was very low sink/shower. Room was extremely heat temp control was not assessible for room occupants. No security checks for vehicles entering the facility. On-site personnel need to have a standardized check-in process that covers all pertinent information for new quests to avoid unnecessary incidents with staff."

"When I got there, they couldn’t even find my booking, then they tried to put me into the tiniest room when I had booked the larger room. The room didn’t even have toilet paper… and it was just so badly designed and layed out. I will not ever stay there again and personally wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay there "
