This hotel is taking a major hit due to its restaurant and room service. The food they have is all microwaved food which is not even as good as microwave food. They are also priced as if it’s fine dining. The hotel also is relatively new but there is a lot of wear and tear which speak to the quality of fixtures and materials used, very cheap. Location only plus point is being close to the mall but the struggle for finding food near by is extremely hard and the hotels food as I mentioned is not edible. I most likely would not stay here again regardless of the competitive price. There are a select few members of staff that are nice but that cant do much to help. If the restaurant was good and had decent room service I would consider staying again and maybe push up the rating.

We recently stayed in this hotel after moving from another and we would definitely recommend it for anybody although it’s located close to quite a busy main road gives access to quite a few very big shopping malls with a short distance to walk, two lovely restaurants, very reasonably priced and lovely food. The staff cannot do enough to help. Nothing was too much trouble. We would definitely be staying here again on our next visit to Istanbul.

We loved the rooms! Luxurious, spacious and clean daily. The hotel itself has amazing amenities and we came here to recover from surgery for the week and it made a huge difference to my recovery. Although not many restaurants nearby and the hotel food itself is really overpriced and not the best.

I loved it, very friendly and professional staff, from semih to Burgo, Denise is wonderful gave me exact clear instructions on how to use the metro stations, Alaattin is also Awesome. I would not recommend this hotel to any one I’ve been staying here for the past 4 years this year hit breaking point last Yh I had a issue with the shower ceiling paint started leaking changed room issue resolved this year I had to call reception for clean towels twice. The safe would not open had an issue had to call 3 times in the space of a hour. The shower was overflowing outside the door clearly the seals was not maintained my partner slipped on that water chipper her toe which started bleeding went to concierge for a plaster only to be told they had none left how can a hotel have no plasters left. On another issue the hairdryer had its wall socked ripped off can be missed fair I took it down to reception a new1 came but they didn’t even test it and that was not working after all these issues only thing was a sorry but nothing resolved only positive thing was the spa massage and the Chinese restaurant part of hotel everything else disgrace don’t recommend to anyone.

Everything is outstanding. Everyday the clean the room, the room is so comfortable. But the only problem is that there is nothing around such as cafes restaurants and it is far from the city. The hotel does have their own restaurant but the price is the food are too high. They do not have a separate cafe with cakes or some snacks to enjoy

Hotel staff is very helpful and nice. Only problem is our room was not ready and we waited more than 2 hours after check in to get to our room. I booked the hotel couple weeks ago. If you have available rooms to book for that days, you need to make it ready for that time. 2 hours is a lot when you traveling with kids. Especially if you have flight after few hours.
