  • "Sunflower" is the farm house that is situated between Umbrian hills and overlooks on the beautiful Tevere valley and is situated between 2 important art cities like Todi (12km) and Orvieto (20km). Farmhouse has been recently completly restored by stones and has got elegent enclosed swimming pool and outside shower, beautiful garden with large porch and stone table, gazebo and the wooden log cabin. Farmhouse is surronded by 2 hectares of the ground, orchard, olive groves and vineyards. You can use big wooden owen. Rustic single-family house "Sunflower", 350 m a.s.l., detached. 15 km from the centre of Todi, 30 km from the centre of Orvieto. Private: property, beautiful garden to relax, swimming pool (12 x 6 m, depth 120 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 16. May. - 30. Sep.). Outdoor shower, volleyball court patio, pergola, garden furniture, barbecue, children's playground, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access. Wunderschönes sehr idyllischesFerienhaus

Sehr idyllisches alleingelegenes wunderschönes Ferienhaus. Die Zimmer und die Küche sind klein und spartanisch ausgestattet, aber wenn das nicht stört und die Natur und die Aussenanlagen wichtiger ist ist dort sehr gut aufgehoben. Die Besitzer bzw. Familie pflegt und hegt das Gut sehr schön und mit Leidenschaft. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Perugia ist ein kleiner Ort der sehr zu empfehlen ist.

Toller Pool - Betten eine Zumutung

Lage und Pool sind perfekt. Wer Ruhe sucht ist hier richtig. Die Inneneinrichtung ist allerdings eine Zumutung. Letztes Jahr fanden wir diese schon nicht wirklich gut, aber Lage und Pool haben zu einer erneuten Buchung geführt. War ein Fehler. Das Sofa ist jetzt völlig durch, und die Betten sind von Matratzen her völlig durchgelegen. Wir sind beide mit Rückenschmerzen abgereist. Nur für Leute geeignet , welche auf dem Fußboden auch perfekt schlafen würden. Schade, aber wir werden dieses Haus

Familievakantie in Umbrie

Let op: er is geen airco en er zijn geen ventilatoren beschikbaar!! Rustige locatie met tuin, inclusief speelvelden en zwembad. De tuin is goed onderhouden en het zwembad wordt met regelmaat gecontroleerd en schoongemaakt. Indeling van de woning is fijn. Er is een keuken: oven, 4 gaspitten, koelkast, mini vriesvak. Buiten zijn verschillende zitplekken onder de overkapping. Wel vreemd dat de krukken vastzitten?? De bedden hebben voelbare springveren en liggen verschrikkelijk.

+ Dom na uboczu, + Ładny basen, + Cisza dookoła domu, - zużyte sprzęty (kabiny prysznicowe, lodówka, kuchenka, etc.), - właściciele bez uprzedzenia przyjeżdżają z samego rana kosić trawę zakłócając wypoczynek siedząc do godziny 11, - widząc podłączony od kilku dni do prądu samochód, zamiast skontaktować się z najemcami piszą bezsensowny donos do Interhome w piątkowy wieczór, psując wieczór urodzinowy żony i syna angażując bez sensu personel Interhome.

Posto silenzioso e rilassante

Abbiamo soggiornato in 8 in questa struttura. La zona giorno per 8 persone risulta essere molto piccola e il divano, 2 posti e non molto comodo, e’sacrificato in un angolo. Il giardino e la piscina sono belli e ben curati. Bellissimo il forno per la pizza e la zona barbecue. Nella descrizione della struttura si parla di giardino privato che però non e’ recintato e non viene indicato, quindi chi come noi porta un cane, rischia di perderlo nelle campagne circostanti

Der Garten mit Pool und wunderschönem Pflanzenbestand sind ein Traum, schöner könnte es nicht sein. Die Sauberkeit im Haus hätte besser sein können und die Better müffeln.

Garten und Blick toll, Haus schlecht ausgestattet

Ein sehr geschmackvolles Haus mit einem sehr schönen, gepflegten und großen Garten. Der Blick ist wunderschön, der Pool groß und sauber. Die Vermieterin ist nett. Bei schönem Wetter gibt es nichts auszusetzen, es gibt viele Sitzplätze und reichlich Schatten. Wir durften auch das reife Obst ernten und selbst essen. Was die Ausstattung der Küche betrifft, bleiben sehr viele Wünsche offen, es fehlt z.T. an Grundausstattung, wie etwa ausreichend Gläser oder ein Kochlöffel. Wir haben einiges kaufen müssen, was wir dann aber mit nach Hause genommen haben. Sehr positiv sind die Fliegengitter, die an jedem Fenster angebracht sind. Wenn man sich bei schlechtem Wetter drinnen aufhalten müsste, wäre der Gemeinschaftsraum sehr dunkel. Da wir aber zwei Wochen lang schönes Wetter hatten, waren wir sehr zufrieden und würden das Haus unbedingt empfehlen.
