This beautiful apartment is located in a building built a few years ago and can accommodate up to 4 people. It has a bedroom, a living and dining area, bathroom and a large balcony. In addition to the double bed in the bedroom, the sofa bed in the living area offers a comfortable sleeping area for another two people. On request, an additional auxiliary bed can be provided. The cooking area is equipped with all necessary items needed for everyday use. The balcony offers a wonderful view of the Adriatic Sea and is designed to enjoy the most beautiful sunsets in Europe. The house has its own underground garage which can be reached internally via the staircase.


Baska Voda is a very popular holiday destination. This place is located in the south of Croatia and is blessed by the sun. Here is only a beach holiday announced but also hiking such. B. to the summit 'Sv. Jure 'which offers a magnificent view of the whole Makarska Riviera. Cycling to neighboring places like Makarska is not a problem thanks to the existing cycle path. National Park 'Krka' with its beautiful waterfalls is about 1.5 hours away and is ideal to enjoy a breathtaking and untouched nature. From Baska Voda you can easily reach cities such as Split and Dubrovnik. Both have an old town which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
The great location of the apartment itself, allows you to reach in just 3 minutes walk the nearest supermarket or in just 5 minutes walk to the center of Baska Voda. There you will find a wonderful beach promenade, countless shops, restaurants and much more.

Wir waren zu zweit für 14 Tage dort. Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub. Die fewo ist sehr gut und zweckmäßig ausgestattet, der Blick vom Balkon zum Meer fabelhaft. Bäcker / Lebensmittel/ Gastronomie und Strand ist alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar . Ausflüge sind gut mit öffentliche Verkehrsmittel erreichbar. Wir haben unser Auto bei anreise in der vorhandenen Garage abgestellt und bei abreise erst wieder gebraucht. Das Wetter im Juni war bestens, nach kurze Regenschauer wurde es binnen kurzer Zeit wieder schön. Es war alles perfekt, wie im Internet beschrieben. Sollten wir nochmals nach baska voda kommen, auf jeden Fall wieder in diese fewo

2 Personen als Ehepaar, Alter zwischen 50 und 55

Wir waren zu zweit für 2 Wochen in der Ferienwohnung. Es war einfach nur schön. Die Wohnung war sauber und gepflegt, alles so wie im Internet beschrieben. Die Lage ist perfekt, ob Bäcker / Lebensmittel Markt, alles ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir haben unser Auto bei anreise in die vorhandene Garage gestellt und erst wieder bei abreise gebraucht. Ausflüge können gut per Bus gemacht werden. Das Wetter im Juni war bestens, auch wenn ein kurzer Regenschauer dabei war, so wurde es innerhalb von zwei Stunden wieder sonnig.

Ein schöner Urlaub

Kann mich meinem Vorredner nur anschließen, es war super. Wir waren letztes Jahr im September dort und gehen dieses Jahr (wenn alles klappt) auch nochmal hin. Die Wohnung ist gut gepflegt und sauber. Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen und da wir das erste Mal in Kroatien waren, hat uns der Vermieter ein paar schöne Sehenswürdigkeiten genannt, die nicht im Reiseführer aufgeführt waren. Supermarkt, Restaurants, Strand alles gleich da und man kann sowohl einen gemütlichen Strandurlaub haben als auch viel Sport betreiben. Vielen Dank nochmal.

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung und Ort

Die Ferienwohung und der Ort sind einfach nur wunderschön. Wir waren zu viert da und alle waren super zufrieden. Den Blick auf das Meer konnte einfach nix toppen. Super Lage, alles in der Nähe! Inneneinrichtung auch schön und was natürlich noch wichtig ist, die Sauberkeit. Die Wohnung war außerordentlich sauber! Also alles in allem, können wir dieses Domizil nur weiter empfehlen!
