The house spans two floors connected by a charming stone staircase—a perfect layout for families or close friends. Each of the two air-conditioned floors functions as its own private oasis of comfort, featuring a comfortable double bed, a private, well-maintained bathroom, a practical kitchenette (microwave, refrigerator), and a large dining table with 4 chairs for cosy meals together indoors. The absolute highlight is the two private balconies: Each offers a breathtaking view of the blue sea, the majestic mountains, the olive groves, and the forest—simply ideal for morning coffee or a relaxing glass of wine in the evening. A free private parking space under constant video surveillance is located directly in front of the house.

Our location offers the perfect balance of absolute tranquility and quick access to the sea. The lively centre of Baška Voda and the beautiful main beach are just an 8- to 10-minute walk (approx. 750 metres) away [local]. Here you can enjoy excellent restaurants right on the coast, stroll through charming alleys, or discover the rich history at the Malacological Museum. For nature lovers and active holidaymakers, our house is also the ideal starting point: hiking and biking trails lead right past our front door to the picturesque old villages of Topići and Bast at the foot of the Biokovo Mountains [local]. Culture lovers will also find plenty to enjoy, as a historic filming location for the world-famous series *Game of Thrones* is just 800 metres away from us.
