"The rooms were nice and clean. The staff wasn't overly friendly during check in or check out. I was not offered my vip gifts upon check in. The hot tub was nice, pool was chilly (its in/outdoor). Breakfast was great, lots of options."

"Clean room. We loved the bunk beds. Putt putt golf was not maintained at all. Pool smelt bad and didn’t seem well maintained either. Great room though, price was good for what you got."

"Hotel in desperate need of repairs and serious customer service training for staff. Booked two rooms for stay but ended up only have one room with a functioning toilet, took staff over 27 hours and three very rude conversations, to address issue, after one use toilet non functioning for the remainder of a six days stay, email sent to gm and NO CONTACT WAS RECEIVED TO RESOLVE ISSUE. Breakfast is the same every morning an elevator is out of service(burning rubber smell and jolted ride on one that does work), ice machines broken, attached restaurant closed, mold in shower, and cheap squeaky metal bed frames(literally sounds like a huge metal gong when getting on or off and rolling over) Just find somewhere else to stay!"

"The house has great air conditioning and very comfortable beds. Water pressure in the showers is great and hot. The yard is wonderful especially with the bunnies and horses. Great location, very close to everything you need.We did have some hiccups during our stay, but the host was very responsive and timely.The hot tub is a soft side inflatable; it was not working properly. I think it needed to be inflated more but i really am not sure.The kitchen is lacking in the pots and pans. We had to purchase a pot to cook pasta, but we had family we could leave it with."
