"Check in was okay. The elevator didn’t work so we took the steps to our 3rd floor room. There bathroom door would only shut if you lifted it so it would latch. The sink drained very slowly, and the room smelled like urine when we woke up in the morning. We were told that a pipe broke. The beds were comfortable, the shower was refreshing, it was quiet, "

"TV didn't work, loud outside traffic, hot tub had way too much chorine and soap. It was like taking a horrible bubble bath. Food wasn't great. Beds were hard. A/C was so loud. And pillows were very uncomfortable. Not a very good stay."
