"Such a beautiful resort. Absolutely breathtaking. The staff were all so amazing and helpful. Rome was about 1.5 - 2 hours away by transit but it was so worth it to stay at this resort. Very easy to take the transit. Very authentic Italian and lots of shopping and restaurants near by. This resort is up on a high hill that cars cannot go up so be prepared to walk up a step hill or 2 but worth it!"

On my request they gave me apropriate apartment but in 10pm! they asked me to pay full price of that apartment although I already paid most of that amount throught reservation.. on a side fact that I booked that better apartment according to pictures on expedia.. Easy access to notable area attractions (with car) including fantastic Etruscan sites at Tarquinia and Cerveteri. Guesthouse has all the amenities for a comfortable stay including a very nice outdoor spa (should you desire to use it) situated in a beautiful surrounding garden. "Steffano was everything that all the great reviews said he would be. We arrived early from a cruise and waited at a corner coffee shop for 7Bell’s to open. Steffano came to the coffee shop, to find us and lead us upstairs to check in. We enjoyed the lovely terrace with a view of the streets and water while our room was readied. Steffano provided us with cups of coffee to enjoy while we waited. Room and establishment felt very safe and secure. It’s close to great restaurants and views. We would certainly stay here again when in the area."
