This recently renovated modern two bedroom apartment is located minutes from Ross University, approximately 10 minutes by car/bus to Downtown Basseterre and around 8 minutes by car to/from the Airport.

The entrance leads to a comfortable living room with AC, seating and dining area for four persons, windows allow for breeze and light to enter.
Boasting two spacious bedrooms both air conditioned and with ample closet space. The bathroom has a walk in shower and vanity area, with a washer/dryer in this area. Equipped with a fully functional kitchen with cooking equipment incl. Stove, Ninja Air Fryer, Microwave, Fridge freezer, Coffee maker, Kettle, Toaster, Blender, Dishes, Cutlery and much more....fully equipped so you feel right at home. This property has security cameras monitoring the entire premises 24/7, with Ring video Door Bell at Guests entrance.

You can really forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Enjoy sitting on your Veranda with a Cocktail and watch the Lit Up Cruise ships pass you by, relax and take in the sounds of the Ocean. Palmetto Bay is a 5 minute walk, where you can kick back and take a dip. Our famous Sprat Net Bar & Grill is minutes away where you can experience the best Lobster in Town, whilst enjoying the live band and breathtaking views.
