Room was clean, bathrooms don’t have fans so the humidity lingered in the bathroom. Staff was nice and helpful with directions for the bus system. AC worked great-especially to help cool the room down after the shower steam heated it up. Would recommend the breakfast!! It is buffet style so you definitely get what you pay for. The food was delicious and kept us full most of the day!

The rooms were great. The hotel was great. The staff at the hotel were great. The shuttle bus in the morning however had a rather surly driver who refused to drop anyone at Terminal 2, insisting he could only stop at bus stop 16, which is past terminal 1. This necessitated a 10min walk with bags. While I was okay with this and had luckily factored in the extra time, others struggled and were confused as to why hotel staff had instructed us to tell the driver to stop at terminal 2, to then only be confronted with an abrupt NO from the driver in the morning. I accept there may be a legitimate reason he can’t stop (risk of a fine perhaps) but the conflicting messages with no explanation was unsettling.

Nice location. They offer a meal deal that is reasonable. The room was clean and spacious and the bathroom was very nice. We liked that they had an airport shuttle but they charge to use it. Of course it is much cheaper than an Uber or a taxi. To get to where the shuttle picks you up is not real convenient if you have luggage. If it's raining you will surely get wet. On the flip side if you are going back to the airport it is a bit better.

Staff lovely and helpful. Good coffees. Room had a window that you cannot open, and the room was heavily sprayed with a strong perfum chemical or cover-up smell that we could not air out because window purposely not openable. Had to prop our room door open for 20 minutes to help cool down and get rid if the perfume stink, and luckily the hallway window was open and there was a fresh breeze thank god. No conditioner for hair (just a single "shampoo/soap") which is annoying. Pillows were stiff and long and I did not sleep at all before my flight. Had stayed there once before and was better and free parking which they no longer have but it is a decent price. Room was clean, shower was good. Quiet.

I enjoyed my stay at the Premier Inn Dublin Airport. The room was really large and clean. The hotel itself was within walking distance of many public transport options to get into central Dublin and the hotel offered a shuttle service to the airport that ran every half an hour that was really convenient.
