"Overall: It’s a beautiful property with a view for miles! Pros: The staff are lovely and very helpful. Each room has a great view over the hills. We had a cozy fire on the lobby and played board games. Cons: it’s a rural property up so the shower water has a bit of a smell. We came in October and I can’t can’t overstate how gorgeous the fall colours are from the property. We had a great stay and would return for sure - but it’s already almost fully booked for next summer. "

"We had an amazing stay at this VRBO! The home was spotless and well-maintained, and the pool was crystal clear and fully fenced in. The property felt very private and quiet—perfect for relaxing after a day at the Cooperstown Dream park. Communication with the host was a breeze; they were responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Everything went smoothly, and the location couldn’t have been more convenient—just two minutes from Cooperstown Dream Park. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area!"

"We loved this house. It is in a perfect location for Dreams Park- we debated staying on the lake and had friends that did, but we were so glad that we were so much closer to the park. Being across the street from the grocery store was great too! The house itself is old (be careful because the stairs are narrow and a bit slippery) but the kitchen and bathrooms are well updated so it didn’t feel like it. And the owners were great and stocked the house very nicely!"

"You truly can’t beat the location—right across the street from Dreams Park, making coming and going incredibly easy. From the moment we walked in, the house felt like home. It was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Jan, the owner, lives in the apartment behind the house and was available if we needed anything, which was reassuring. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay!"
