"We have vacationed with this group of college friends for over 50 years. This property was perfect for the 10 of us. Each couple had their own bedroom and bath. The kitchen was spacious and stocked with everything needed to prepare meals.The house was immaculate and comfortable. The outside patio area was awesome! The host was always available by text if we had questions. There were excellent restaurants nearby when we didn’t want to cook. This whole experience was perfect for us."

"A great location near Cooperstown Dreams Park. Being on the major highway it definitely can get loud, but it was the perfect location to be back and forth to the park and to visit Cooperstown. Bonus we knew the people who rented the property next door at the same time so it worked out perfectly for us to have the shared driveway and outdoor space! Property was clean and exactly what we needed for the early mornings and late night game schedule at Cooperstown Dreams Park. "

"Absolutely perfect place to stay while our son was at Dreams Park. Loved meeting the families of the other players and having fires with them. Very clean! Great communication from owners. Even if there was a Ritz 20 minutes away and if they offered me a room for free, I’d still choose this lovely gem right across the street. After long days at the field, sometimes really late, it was great to know we just had to go across the street. Also, super convenient to go back to the duplex between games during breaks!"
