Second visit to this hotel, previous room at the front of the building with views overlooking the various landmarks of Brussels, a quiet room with a nice view. This time I stayed in the garden area which was at the rear of the hotel, also quiet and overlooking the gardens with calming sounds of birds etc. both nice options. Used the gym and enjoyed excellent breakfast options, fresh fruit, pastries, hot cooked options and a new breakfast menu on each table to select from, a nice improvement which included a Belgian waffle. Breakfast again was excellent. The location is ideal for short stays with a metro nearby to visit other parts of Brussels and easy 8 stops from midi station. This hotel area is quiet and very convenient for working at the EU HQ. It is easy enough to get to the other areas if needed by transport. A nice option for short stays in Brussels. The premises were very modern, including elevators, bathrooms, lobby, restaurant and rooms. Very comfortable bed. In Brussels, it is not the practice to provide water free of charge - all dining establishments offer bottled water only - which MUST be paid for. A glass of tap water simply isn’t available.

Staff were very welcoming. Room was amazing. It was on the 5th floor so had amazing views. Air conditioning was a bonus as it was 29/30 degrees outside. Very clean and toiletries supplied with towels and slippers. Breakfast was included too which was delicious and luggage storage on day of departure. All round great experience.

Great room, access to 24th floor lounge is worth the money, incredible breakfast.. best in the world in all my travels.

I stayed at the hotel for the Luxembourg Remich 70.3 Ironman race. First of all, I spent a relaxed and comfortable two days both at the hotel and at my room. Parking was available with a fee. The staff prepared me a snack box for breakfast upon my request which already made my race morning. They were friendly and showed great hospitality from check-in to check-out. The breakfast itself was also great. I definitely recommend this value of the price hotel.
