My family and I booked the 3BR apartment for a 3D2N stay at this hotel. The apartment was huge and overall comfortable but there was a few points to bring up for this stay:
1. Due to booking from Expedia, we weren't notified that we could communicate with the hotel using whatsapp. Hotel did not respond to message on expedia with regards to possible arrangements for pick up at ferry terminal.
2. Wanted to dine in at Gravity 10 for dinner on 22 Mar but was informed by Gym staff that bar would only open at 8pm. The bar was supposed to open from 6pm and we were left with no options but to dine out for my brother's birthday.
3. Checked on pool options with the front desk but was informed that the pool was for residents only. Would be good to clearly indicate this on all your 3rd party booking apps to avoid disappointment for your guests.
4. We went for massage on the last day of stay to find staffs busy on their phones. While the counter staff did attend to us, she did not mention that there was a waiting time as there were no staff available yet.(it was 11am) my mum and i waited close to 10mins with our clothes off to find out that they were waiting for 1 other masseuse to come in to start. No disposable underwear was offered to us until we requested for it. The massage service ended with no tea/hot towel. While leaving, we saw multiple masseuses lying down on the floor of their staff room on using their phones.
5. TV options were limited and some channels had no signal.
