The best part of this stay is the location; you will never be short of food where the eateries are in abundance! If you talk about having live seafood, try Mama live seafood restaurant, it’s underrated and the price is so reasonable. The property is new, clean and tidy. Staffs are fantastic; so friendly and accommodating. The only setback I have is the water heater, hot water don’t last long, so please have a quick shower before it ran out! Other than this, for the price of the stay, location and cleanliness of the property: it’s worth it !

Good Accommodation in Batam

Greeted by security that helped me with my bags. Concierge cleared me within 5 minutes. The room was quite spacious and quite comfortable. The hotel is located nearby a lot of food stalls.

Everything was fine except the elevator and breakfast activity. Why one of the elevator was shutdown during peak hours @when there is two section time frame given for breakfast timing? The lacking of manpower during breakfast makes the area congested. Tables were not supply with napkin or tissue papers.

Bedsheets, cups, stirrers have stains. Missing of one coffee cup in 1 of our room. Shampoo n body wash did not refill. Toilet bowl smelly. Room has some weird smell. Bathroom no clothes hanger. Compilatory water should provide 4 bottles instead. Overall non smoking rooms are acceptable. This hotel is accessible to many eatery, supermarts, massage etc

a pleasant 2N stay, hotel is located within walking distance to Nagoya Mall (if you don't mind the walking route) or you can book a Grab ride which is less than 5mins drive. Connecting rooms are available There are Eateries & Massage places just outside hotel, First Spa (24hrs) is within 5mins walking distance Bed is comfortable with 2 pillows Side note, hotel only issue 1 key card, extra key card can be requested with a refundable deposit There is no shower screen door so floor area would be wet after shower
