"We loved the location of this rental. It was close to everything. Host was great to respond to any information we needed. Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. It is in a quiet neighborhood so we had great sleep at night. Air conditioning or heat (if needed) worked well. "

"Be careful paying extra for any type of room with a view - it’s not always what they say. We paid extra for a harbor view. Our balcony faced the neighboring building. You COULD see the harbor if you leaned out and looked to the left…so I guess you can have a harbor view if you work at it- but not from inside the room with the doors open. When I asked if that was indeed a harbor view room- The staff laughed and literally said let me know if you have any issues. I told them that was an issue and got another friendly laugh. Disappointing "

"The sink is cracked. The baseboard was coming off the wall. The Fridge wasn’t working The shower handle is loose. The shower ceiling had peeling paint throughout. The drawers was still have leftover tags from the previous guest For the price, this was far too expensive for the condition of the room. I have stayed in hotels with much better conditions for a much lower cost. "

"I did have a partial obscured ocean view from my balcony, the only problem is I was right next to a restaurant outdoor dining right next to my balcony, maybe 10 ft away. Thus, I never really had the opportunity to relax out there cuz it's always a bunch of people within 5 ft of me. It was not very ideal and it was not described when I booked the room, for I would not have booked it had known that I was right next to outdoor restaurant dining balcony"

"It’s a great location. Walking distance to restaurants/bars and shops. It’s beside the windjammer so be prepared for live music. Which you can enjoy from the shared balcony Oceanside of hotel. Friendly staff and good little continental breakfast. It’s definitely great for the younger crowd."

"Fun, quirky little place. We had a good time. Too cold for the pool, but the beach is very close. Completely fenced yard is great for a dogs. Off street parking and plenty of places to eat on Isle of Palms and Sullivan Island. Go to Fort Mourtrie just a few minutes away"

"Great location! Very walkable and on the water. There is a public boardwalk next to the house so we had a lot of people walking by us but not the end of the world. Beautiful house! Only note is wish it came with at least one bar of soap in either the bathroom or kitchen, but besides that we really loved the house! "
