Upon entering the room, you could clearly hear the toilet was "running," no phone in the room, the 2 night stand lights were not working, nor were the charging ports, there were used towels ..."

"First the good. Nice location-you can litetally walk across the small parking lot and there's the beach. The air conditioner was a champ. It worked very well & room temperature was comfortable. The not-so-good-lots of trash around the property & new trash every morning, the ceiling in our room leaked ..."
