"Do not prepay if u have to check out early they will not refund you I booked 3 nights had to check out 1 night early went to do my check out at 9:15 am. Check out went fine till I ask for my refund. No refund. Cause I prepaid that a joke they should have been glad I prepaid them but I got no refund and the keep my money for 1 night that I wasn’t even there and re rented the room to someone else double pay for them.
