"The Family Room has nice windows for walls on two sides and was larger than the advertised 22 m2. It was actually 25 m2. However, it does NOT have 1 queen and 1 single bed because it can only sleep 2 people, not 3. It has 2 super single beds. The room had a kettle, but no coffee or tea as advertised. "I stayed about 15min. The A/C barely worked. Small small room and couldn’t feel it. I went online and booked a room for the 10 days. I was there at the Hilton about 5-10 minutes away. "This hotel was one of the best hotels we have stayed in. Very affordable luxury. The room was 10/10. In a different booking the room did smell a bit like wet carpet, however after running the very powerful aircon the room smelled a bit less. Our room was spacious, if we wanted more water or towels they would be delivered straight away. The pool was a cool refreshment after a hot day. The highlight was the breakfast buffet which we ate everyday. It was life changing. Definitely worth paying extra for the buffet as it really set us up for a great day! The hotel location was also prime, only a 10 min walk to the Petronas Towers, and very close by via car to every other attraction. Would stay here again if we ever returned to Malaysia. "

"Pros: 3 adult stayed in club room. Got upgraded to twin tower view room. Mai and her team in club room were brilliant. Free laundry limited to 5 items per day is such a god sent. Checked in at club room is a plus. Huge club lounge with fab views. Cons: no more premium champagne which we were looking forward to. We weren’t told what we were served when we asked for champagne. When approached to see what they were, found out it was sparkling wine and was told it was from Spain which was rather odd - not a cava but sparkling chardonnay (from Spain apparently….).Staff members serving drinks need to be more transparent and well trained in this regard. Food and drinks were no longer premium. Spread were a lot more premium in the past.Bring back the Bollinger!"

"The bathroom needs to be updated and have a shower curtain , water spills out onto floor and you can fall . The room are good but the areas is very dubious . Front staff can be a little more friendly to the guest upon arrival . There should be a quiet time , people are making noise at all hour of the night and music is loud . "
